Filter material and structure: It uses non-woven fabric made of synthetic fibers, featuring a fluffy and gradually denser fiber structure, which can effectively capture dust. The depth of the bag is generally 381mm, 500mm, 534mm, etc.
Dust holding capacity and resistance: The single bag of the medium-efficiency bag-type filter can hold up to 500-1500g of dust. With a high dust holding capacity, it can extend the replacement cycle.
Installation and maintenance: The frame and support frame can be reused. When replacing the filter, only the filter bag needs to be replaced, which is convenient and fast, significantly reducing operating costs.
Filter efficiency: According to the EN 779 standard, the filter efficiency of medium-efficiency bag filters is divided into five grades: F5 - F9. The filter efficiency of F5 for 1.0μm particles is 45%, F6 is 65%, F7 is 85%, F8 is 90%, and F9 is 95% (colorimetric method).
